Special Flat Rate and Start-Up Retainer:

Client may cancel quarterly services at any time subject to an early termination & cancellation fee of 15% of any outstanding service fee balance or a sum equal to $765.00, which ever is less... Any additional consulting or specific project services requested shall be available in accordance with SIRL’s Standard Fee Schedule!.. Client/account services shall be provided in person at clinet's business location if client account is situated anywhere in Southern California, otherwise the services hereunder shall be provided by way of telephone-conferences in the event client/account is situated anywhere else in the U.S. or outside of the U.S., unless client chooses to pay for Consultant's travel & lodging expenses to provide services to client at client/account business location!
